Father and son's day out
I planned the day. Guys trip to the zoo. Since i had the dance with my daughter last night I felt we boys needed a day. I had free tickets to the zoo and hoped to keep the day fairly cheap.
I packed us snacks, bottles of water, juice boxes, hoagie sandwiches,chips and candy bars. We had a great day. It was a nice cool day, all the animals were out to see. My backpack of goodies keep us full and I walked out not spending a dime.
One the way home i realized we where close to a little cigar shop I rarely get too. They are the only place i can find one of the sticks i really enjoy and they are pretty cheap so we headed that way. I was going to get a box of them. Well i didn't know the small town was having some type of festival. My boy got so excited seeing this. How could I tell him no.
We rode rides, got his face painted, got funnel cake and kettle corn. Needless to say i only got 3 of my favorite cigars. But it was worth it.
