Trouble sleeping

I’m just exhausted but I’m experiencing a lot of sleeplessness in this pregnancy, as my Mama says I did when I was pregnant with Chiara. You would think that this would happen when baby is kicking hell out of you but I’m not sure if I am among a coterie of mothers to be who have experienced interruptions in their sleep in the early weeks of their pregnancy.

Yes, I am anxious. It has been twelve years since I was pregnant with Chiara, my body has to learn the experience all over again from scratch almost! It is going to be a trial perhaps but I cannot allow myself to get stressed out as it has repercussions in a pregnancy. 🤰

Here I am pictured much younger than I am now. Below I am in the dreamland of all expectant mothers, my head in the clouds perhaps.

I’m sure you’ll find your path as you experience the hormonal changes happening non-stop. Thinking of you and wishing the best!
Your beauty hasn’t changed, only matured!!

:( some trouble sleeping is a common symptom in pregnancy as I am sure you know. Perhaps some good herbal teas would help
Your body doesn't need to learn anything; it is designed to follow a set of instructions long encoded in DNA about how to change, when to do certain things, etc.

It is you who need to relearn!

Enjoy your ride for your intentional pregnancy!

Try to rest when you can! You can do it.
