I am pregnant!!❤

After six years of marriage, building our life together, becoming homeowners, and making sure we were emotionally and financially ready… we finally decided to grow our family.

And now, with full hearts (and one growing belly), we’re thrilled to share — we’re expecting!

Baby M is on the way, and we couldn’t be more grateful or excited for this next chapter. 💛👶✨

@TiaRose when was your last period. There is a formula for calculating your expected date. If i remember you go ahead 8 months and back 8 days or something like that. You can Google that calculation.

Naegele’s Rule Explained for NCLEX Are you preparing for the NCLEX and wondering what Naegele’s Rule is all about? 🤔 Let’s break it down! Naegele’s Rule is a formula used in obstetrics to estimate a ...
Naegele's Rule is an obstetrical formula to calculate a woman's Estimated Due Date (EDD) based on her Last Menstrual Period (LMP). The formula involves adding one year, subtracting three months, and adding seven days to the first day of the LMP. This method assumes a 28-day menstrual cycle and a 40-week gestation period but is considered an estimate, as actual due dates can vary due to factors like irregular cycles and ethnicity.

I know it seems hockey, because it looks as if you might be pregnancy even before you had sex. But, this calculation has been used for many years, and is reasonably good at the prediction.
