Pelvic girdle pain...

Oh wow...

This is quite something at 26 weeks.

I feel an ache around my hips, pelvic bone, my coccyx, right the way up to the top of the pelvic ridge (vulva, lips etc).

I can't sit for too long...
And I walk slow with a definite waddle.
If I carry aby weight in my back pack it feels like I'm carrying a city.

Bruno noticed my struggles today and he walked ever so gently and slow up the road.

He's a good boy and I love him so much.
His rewarding behaviour almost makes me forget my pain.

But seriously does this get worse?

Apparently I have narrow hips so I have far to go.

DAMN!

As that baby gets bigger, it will I’m afraid. I got put in bed rest at 28 weeks with my daughter because of severe pelvic pain, I could barely walk. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

@Jeephikelove how is your back now?

I am SO sorry. As I recall, when I carried, all the pain was in my lower back. (Still is). I didn't know that help was available. Check this out:

@Mellowgirl Just rest.

I had to get chiropractic adjustments a couple times a week and sat on an exercise ball all day for part of my third trimester.

@Starcrossed do you remember when the pain / ache subsided?
Starcrossed · 41-45, F
@Mellowgirl I presume immediately after birth. I had a c/s so I did have some recovery time from that but I didn't have pelvic pain anymore other than my incision site.
Hang in there tou got this. Message whenever you want.
