Needing advise on bosting energy

Im currently 5 months pregnant and this little one is draining everything out of me im yet to put any weight on hes adding and im minusing. It doesnt help how active i am at the moment but i cant help it.
Just wondering if any parents been like this and what might help me feel a bit better

I stayed active in all of my pregnancies and lack of energy wasn't/isn't a problem. As for weight, i don't gain much of that...if any. My first was almost 8 pounds, second 8.6 pounds, and third is estimated to be the same more or less. I'm guessing she'll make it to 40+ weeks like her siblings did. That's only 2 weeks away now 💕

If you feel that tired, you should see a doctor...try some vitamins perhaps. Maybe you're deficient in iron, but could be anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had overwhelming sleep attacks durring the day at work.
Building another human is hard work.

2 x Eggs 2 - 3 times a day
cheese, and Greek yogurt = breakfast
lentils, beans, chickpeas, soybeans, sweet potatoes and peanuts
Salmon, chicken & fish
blueberries, raspberries, goji berries, strawberries
oats, quinoa, brown rice, wheat berries, and barley instead of white bread, pasta, and white rice.
avocados & died fruit
Fish liver oil every day
