We finally got my sister to go to the clinic. It’s been years and I’m proud of her for doing this.
But I specifically asked my mom not to stress her out.
Why is my sister messaging me from the clinic and telling me that my mom is calling her slow while filling out paperwork. Lol this is literally the first time she fills out her own paperwork. She’s taking everything in.
And I guess my sister asked what she should be checking off on the paperwork and my mom told her to just be honest.
And now my mom is getting mad at her because she checked off the boxes for previous alcohol use and smoking and is now mad at her for being too honest 😂😂.
Ugh, I’m facepalming so hard right now and hope this doesn’t deter my sister from doing something like this again because the next step needs to be the dentist.
Also the last thing she needs right now is to be criticized, my mother isn’t the most encouraging 🙄
I’m just happy and proud of her for finally stepping out of her comfort zone. The baby steps are coming through! She was so nervous leaving the house.
and then the next step would be her getting a job 😩.
