@MrsRachelEvans If I were a footballer I would be paid less than all the other premier league footballers because I am not so good at it. So why should a woman be paid the same as a man if she is not as good at the job - even because of the physical limitations due to her sex - which is only the equivalent of saying a woman should be paid more or the same as a man for the same job if she ie better at it or as good. I do not believe in positive discrimination. Equilty of opportunity yes but pyment on merit is surely the only measure that is fair.
