Homeschooling

I would like to know if other parents also homeschool and why ?

The only parents I've know who home-schooled did so to keep their children ignorant of other peoples religions, traditions, and race/ethnicity. Basically, fear of their kids learning to think for themselves and not toe the family-approved line.
