My toddler is in “veggies are yucky” phase… guess what’s for dinner?

Spaghetti *starts blender with hidden veggies* this meal is always a hit with my kids they love it

Side note: during the veggies are yucky phase pastas that I can hide veggies in and smoothies are our go to things to get veggies in

I made homity pie a lot, lots of veggies, chopped up small in mashed potato with mature cheese then baked in the oven. We used to have it with baked beans or sliced grilled tomatoes.
