My kids were telling their Grandpa (Husbands Dad) How when they need their dad their dad makes everything right!

And my husband was bragging to his buddies about how the kids told their Grandpa that their dad makes everything right!!! He was very proud of himself.... I'm like hmmm that sounds like meeeee that's what I do constantly! Not him! I'm a little dumbfounded they gave him my thunder that compliment sounds more of an accurate description of me rather than their Dad....I don't know what to think! Hmmph! Yeah so that happened! That's fine he can be proud of himself all he wants! Moving on!

Do they see more of their dad or more of you?
saintsong · 41-45, F
@justanothername Both we're married, the boys work with their dad, and I'm a stay at home mom, guiding them in truth!

@saintsong Aahhh. So you work hard but BEHIND the scenes so they don’t actually see you working. Their beds magically get made and the food magically appears on the table where as they work WITH their dad and see what he does each day. He also tells them how hard working he is so naturally they hear, see and believe what he tells them.

You live your life as though you are living in the 1950s and not the 2025s ( a LOT has changed in 70 years.

@saintsong then just remember one parent. It's only as good as the other parent. It promotes them. Remember, y'all are a team.
And when he looks good, you look good
