Child hit by a car

You're lucky they're not dead. Instead of being angry with the driver you should be upset with yourself. How do people keep letting their kids "get away from them."
Am I the only one that's watching them like a hawk. How does this keep happening, how are you losing sight of your children

@Jackaloftheazuresand yes this may come over as bad parenting but on the other hand it just takes that split second to take your eye off them for this to occur

@smiler2012 Maybe your "other hand" should be holding them
smiler2012 · 61-69
@Jackaloftheazuresand i can understand that in younger kids yes but older ones should have more awareness of danger on the road
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@smiler2012 Yeah they should so why are you bringing them up. It just sounds like you're making excuses. This is clearly about children who aren't at the age to look out for their own safety because it's not typically teenagers falling into animal enclosures and running into traffic

@Jackaloftheazuresand i have no kids but have had charge of my nieces and nephews at a young age .a you can call this excuse it is like anything sometimes one moment of lack of concentration on the part of an adult and one moment of a kids lack of understanding of danger shit happens sadly

@smiler2012 It's avoidable, that's the whole point here

@Jackaloftheazuresand 🤔would rather disagree accidents do happen they are unavoidable either by carelessness or a freak of nature

@Jackaloftheazuresand it is called human error nobody is perfect young or old we all make bad calls from time to time and kids are no different
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@smiler2012 You don't get to make mistakes that get others killed
smiler2012 · 61-69
@Jackaloftheazuresand how naive you are of course you do . from a simple misjudged crossing of the street can cause a fatality
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
@smiler2012 This attitude is why children continue to die and it's not welcome here
