Losing a parent..

I can't process my Dad's death..i just feel so numb.

He was the only parent i had and nothing could have prepared me for this.

It's really hard to lose a parent. I lost both of mine the week I graduated high school. I'm so sorry for your loss. Dont let anyone rush your grieving time or tell you how to do it.

I feel for you. My own dad is at the end of his life. I'm trying now everything that I know about to make his existance as an old man of 88 as nice as possible. Reduced my work to part-time just to have more time with him, etc. You're in my prayers

I'm so sorry . Losing my Daddy crushed me. Be numb while you can , then grieve when you are able.
It’s one of life’s cruelties having to say goodbye to parents, I lost both in the same year…..it’s not easy. Stay strong.

I'm sorry. Grief sucks!!! I've lost both of mine, and I found regardless if it's expected [ie terminal cancer] or unexpected [heart attack] it's always difficult.
