When did your toddler start talking?

I know some are purely late bloomers in the speech dept and also totally fine. My son has said some words, he occasionally tries copying us or Ms Rachel when he watches her. He says "oh no" all the time. I'm just watching a 21 month old who has like a full vocab haha (not really) but copies whatever he is told to. My son is a little bit more stubborn than that 😅

Do you talk to him a lot? Mine all talked pretty early. My oldest daughter (by 8 min) would practice a word over and over at nap time and then say it perfectly to me 🥺

@MyNameIsHurl aww that's cute. My son said mama and dada a lot at 8 months. Yes I talk to him I'd say alot. Idk, maybe he's a little autistic? Or maybe not. I've talked to a few parents whose children are not autistic and talked later. And it's like he says things, but just very selectively, new worlds are not coming fast. I'm afraid it's from trauma because of his dad and I fighting in front of him to be completely honest. 😔

@Notsimilarreally noooo all kids are different and do things at different times. My nephew didn't really start talking until he was like 3.

@Notsimilarreally yeah but don't start comparing to other kids cuz they are all different. I think I told you before on not my tribe started walking well before the other
