Can i speak to a lawyer if my child didnt recieve therapy

I was able to get my son speech therapy from october of last year. i spoke to the supervisor about how i was having some financialissues ..Its been 5 months and he hadnt recieved any therapy and she always picked days to to talk to me and was super nice.. Last week i was told my case was closing but nothing was told to me about my son starting therapy.. its a mess and i feel like i was taken advantage of because i was going through a lot of issues in this time from losing my job and nothing was explained to me .. This whole i feel the program has been falsifying documents that my son has been recieving therapy.. I though these people were working with me since i was having insurance issues as well and now i realized that my sons case will be closing and these people got an easy paycheck .. now it makes sense why the supervisor would come over and give me gift cards and movie tickets.. im thinking they are helping me but since im not aware of them being sneaky not providing my son any services ... she would see him for one second and thats it .. hear my problems and go...I was told i can recieve services later . I feel like i should speak to a lawyer ..
