Help find the right age-appropriate clothes?

My daughter Clara has six years old and 1’5” tall at 18 pounds. She has Primordial dwarfism. Shopping for clothes that Clara can wear has been a huge struggle. We’re trying to find inappropriate clothes for her, but the only clothes that fit Clara are meant for newborns or very young toddlers. It depends on the brand but right now Clara still fits in is between newborn and eight months. And for shoes she is in a size 2 and 3 in infant/toddlers depending on the shoe. Even some newborn clothes don’t fit her right because she isn’t “chubby” like a newborn baby is, she is “thinned out” like your typical six-year-old child except smaller than a newborn baby.

It’s hard to find clothes that fit her that are also age-appropriate for six years old, and for shoes we haven’t really found any that are small enough for her while also being meant to really walk around in. The shoes that fit her are men for babies and toddlers who aren’t walking around quite yet.

Would you have any suggestions on how we could find clothing for that would be more age-appropriate?

Possibly try shopping at ethnic or culture focused retailers, those where the customers would be culture biased towards cultures which are generally smaller.

Like Asians are smaller than Europeans, and within Asia's subcultures some Asians are smaller than others. Where do smaller Asians shop for clothes? I don't know, but there are 3 Asian supermarkets nearby and a half dozen nail salons staffed by Vietnamese-Americans. Maybe I could go there and ask where they get their clothes.
