Disconnect from extended family and lose all the drama

That's what I did.

Apart from my kids I'm not involved with any other extended family such as my sister, etc.

Peace and quiet relatively speaking.

No romantic drama going on either not with family which is nice when Christmas really feels negative and baseless.
