What would you do?

My kids’ dad’s gf’s kids were sexually abused by their bio dad and make innapropriate sexual comments around my kids. They have shown my kids things that they shouldn’t bevaware of. We have 50-50 custody and I don’t trust him not to bring them around his gf. It’s not the first time issues got brought up like this.
