Were you raised by narcissistic parents?

My dad was. He had a very abusive personality and enjoyed hurting others. He picked on everyone mercilessly but he was just charming and funny enough to get away with it. He left me very empty with a horrifying fear of abandonment. I think I push every one away and never settle because I'm just waiting for everything to go away in an instant. I never feel safe.
