My second ex keeps blatantly reminding me why she is an ex 8-)
Right in front of my 7 y/o daughter she picks up from me after I've had my daughter over half the school holidays I get attacked and belittled and degraded as a 'sub-standard' parent because of little things that upset her perfectly choreographed day. My defence is to 'shut up' and go into another part of my house because my ex will not enter my house.
By neutralising the narcissistic attacks I don't create arguments in front of my daughter as parenting issues are not my daughter's problem - they are problems between me and her mum.
But these constant 'you are not living up to my expectations' attacks that have happened basically since 2016 when we were trying to get pregnant are the primary reason I left to live by myself.
I really am better off alone.
