Hopes Spring Eternal, a quaint English saying!

I’m hoping that we can get a taxi early and get to the office. It’s a relatively short distance that I would take my Vespa for, but not with my daughter as passenger, and she intends spending a little more money than I think we ought to, but she will be ten years old. Her first decade, I am eleven months off my third!

I’m going to ensure she has a great shopping experience with me, and that she gets lots of what she wants! I’m sure she will buy at least two dresses! I’m prepared for it, we live quite well on my salary so I’m not worried about the cost of what she wants, and her grandparents have along with her great grandparents already sent her plenty of money to buy her heart’s desires!
