Useless in life

Another reason I'm useless . I could never be like my dad. He wanted me to work on building sites/ construction. I never had interest in that sort of thing. I was not built for that type of thing. I was not interested in plumbing...or electrician.
In my mind I always thought I would make tons of mistakes.. and Ive heard before how guys get treated like shit In these type of jobs.
So my dad didn't like this.
Made me feel stupid for doing what he wanted me to do. He was at me for a long time about it.
I still have it in my head even after all these years .
The rest of my family knew these jobs were not for me. But my dad didn't care. He criticized ....talked down to me. Hated everything I did. Looked for any reason to say anything to me.

@SW-User If you were in good physical shape you should have simply joined the military when you were old enough and thereby established your own road of life.

@Diotrephes But the military philosophy is about killing "enemies" regardless of branch. You are not allowed to disagree if you want an honorable discharge, or a do-able time while enlisted.

@PleasurePunch I was in the Navy and never harmed anyone. The technical training I received was the foundation of my long career as a civilian.

@Diotrephes But the general purpose of the military is DEATH to ENEMIES, you don't choose this, you join it or not. Some jobs involve no guns but the KILLERS DEPEND ON YOU AND YOU SAID YES.

If you were a peace person you would never approve of what the American military does to people all over the world. Palestine for instance. You cant rebel in the military and you cant agitate for peace, they would DESTROY you.

BE REAL. I have heard your argument countless times and its BOGUS.

@Girlbehindthecurtain There are no therapists anymore. NONE. There are exploiters with a badge. They don't care about you they want $$$$$$.

You have to take lessons from your sorrows and reconstruct a better more workable life. Its never easy. That's all we can offer you. Get good examples everywhere as long as u know what you're looking for in an example...and all that's up to YOU alone

I was supposed to be a raving academic and I have no work at ALL now and never did. But I survived. Learn your lessons while you're young is my best advice and learn who you are so u can discover what u really want.
