Then give her a choice. Pick up on time and all is fine. Compromise to 1130 but.... pick something she likes and its taken away for a period of time. 1200... fine, however the result will be 1 week grounded and next party invite coming along will be a hard NO.

The actual time doesn't make any difference to what actually happens while a 16-year-old is at a party. My eldest sister went to a party when she was 16 and she went from virginity to motherhood in one night. That could happen any time before 10.20 and any time after 12.

Well who is in charge you or your daughter? Well its you so you tell her you will be picking her up at 11 pm and if she is not ready you have no problem ringing the doorbell and asking for her. And if she does not want a sore bum before going to bed she will be waiting for you.
