I know some people are not going to understand but…..

My parents are thinking about stopping my allowance and it’s really stressing me out, I have a part time job but it wouldn’t pay enough to let me keep my lifestyle. I don’t think I could work much more as it can be boring. This whole life thing totally sucks sometimes!!!! 🫤

Ummm no not anymore, they just give me it, for clothes, going out etc@Jenny1234

@Strongtea you might feel a lot better and independent if you no longer take that allowance and work to pay for your own things.

I know you’re right, but I love being able to buy what I want and losing that even for a little while seems like it will be harsh. @Jenny1234

@Strongtea I was in the same boat as you growing up where my parents gave me everything I asked for. I didn’t realize it back then but working for my own money and buying what I need/wanted with my own money made me feel way more like an adult.
