Enema experience?

Any mother know about Enema and have experience can please message me or inbox me ? I’m reading it is good and healthy but information could be better from someone that has had experience.

Yes. I have experience with coffee enema and acidophilus enema. Yes it's good and healthy for activating liver and bowel irrigation and can remove mucous from the system. But depends on the method and kit. Use only distilled water.

@in10RjFox and if you are asking about enema during pregnancy because you're consuming iron supplements.. then that's a different one.

My mother used to give us enemas when I was a kid
Well up until I could run faster than her , anyway I hated it then. Not so bad now if your S. O. helps a little there's a history of colon cancer in my family. Maybe from the enemas. I'm kidding. Lube helps.
