Do you give an 8 year old a room for herself or does she share with sibling?? Help

If any moms/dads could help me out, I’m trying to renovate my second room , I wanted to do bunk beds for her to share with my 1 year old son I’d figure I would just giver her the room and share the other bedroom with my 1 year old son. Given the fact my 8 year old will wanted. Her own room so imma do just so.. I’m going to decorate it pretty for her💜

My 7 year old will have a room to himself after we finish the basement this summer. My daughter will eventually as well but at 5 I don't want to move her down there yet.
