Does a father who is not only co-parenting but is the custodial parent have to pay child support to his ex-wife in Mo.?

I've done research on this, but still haven't found an answer.

No, not if he’s the custodial parent. She might have to pay.
But…some states still have alimony, and if that’s the arrangement she would still get that.
