Does a father who is not only co-parenting but is the custodial parent have to pay child support to his ex-wife in Mo.?
I've done research on this, but still haven't found an answer.

@gregloa I'm asking for a friend, but unfortunately, the father is paying child support and nobody understands why, so I'm trying to help by doing some research on my own.
