Just stop having kids

Please stop. You're causing an increase in the net suffering on earth with every new person. They will suffer and struggle and grow old and die just like you. They are not your legacy, they are whole ass people. They are not "the future" but they will suffer what is coming. They are not going to grow up and solve the world's problems.

Break the cycle. Solve your own problems. Leave a real legacy by making the world different, hopefully better, than it was when you showed up. Don't dump it on future people who aren't even going to get your level of education if things keep going as they are.

Just stop. We are almost to 8 billion. Adopt, don't...breed. It's frankly disgusting and your kid is way more likely to be a loser and/or menace than anything good.

And? Even if what you're saying was correct (it really isn't) having children is essentially our biological purpose. People don't like to hear it because they want to believe that they are unique and special but we literally are just here to have sex, create children and then die at some point. Beyond being a natural function it generally does bring joy to people as well. It's about establishing bonds and connections with those you are closest to.

Maybe you're miserable because you can't have children 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can't have kids (anymore) because I chose to be sterilized. I chose this because, unlike so many people, I actually care about the well being of my potential offspring so much I opted not to create them.

I think you don't like to hear that all humans suffer and grow old and die (exactly like you will) because you either have or want children and it makes you feel some kinda way. I get it. It sucks that you're not only at the whim of your biological urges, you're ALSO selfish and rude. Fortunately you can change those things about yourself. Start by not attempting low blows at someone's fertility.

Like honestly, even IF I were miserable without children, maybe that's my way of coping and you don't know the story so maybe STFU? I sure hope your choice of procreation is not decided for you and if it were, I certainly wouldn't say, "oh thank goodness exotic can't have babies she's an idiot and a total slag."

@SW-User "Maybe you're miserable because you can't have babies," is a shitty, horrible thing to say to someone.

@Doomflower lol I actually pity you.

@BigAssLeech How so?

@SW-User You have no idea what kind of fertility struggles someone may have gone through, or what kind of emotional toll it took on them. Not everyone wants kids. Not everyone can have them. And the reasons they don't want or can't have them is A) none of your business, and B) not for you to decide why they may or may not be miserable.

@BigAssLeech You really are fucking stupid if you think you've got any point here.

SHE made a post on this site, and I responded to that post accordingly. When comparing what I have said to what she did I think we can establish that my comment was less controversial and less offensive. In fact you don't even know the context in which it was meant or if it was intended to be negative in any way.

@SW-User Doesn't change the fact that making assumptions about someone's fertility and state of mind because of it is a horrible thing to do 🤷🏽‍♂️ Boo hoo, cry about it

@SW-User so rather than respond to my points you are choosing to be condescending. Great look for you.
SW-User
@Doomflower you don't have any points lol
