Just stop having kids

Please stop. You're causing an increase in the net suffering on earth with every new person. They will suffer and struggle and grow old and die just like you. They are not your legacy, they are whole ass people. They are not "the future" but they will suffer what is coming. They are not going to grow up and solve the world's problems.

Break the cycle. Solve your own problems. Leave a real legacy by making the world different, hopefully better, than it was when you showed up. Don't dump it on future people who aren't even going to get your level of education if things keep going as they are.

Just stop. We are almost to 8 billion. Adopt, don't...breed. It's frankly disgusting and your kid is way more likely to be a loser and/or menace than anything good.

I agree especially about adoption.
Rationally speaking I don't want children cause I can't give them a decent life, economically speaking. I'm good at dealing with kids and I would be able to not imcolve them in the messy parts of my life. At the same time I don't want to cease having that half of my life.

ANYWAY if I ever decide to have a child, should be an adopted one. There are too many kids and teens suffering out there, I'd be glad to help at least one, if I only could.
Tho I'm becoming old for that, so...
