What a sad state of affairs with the low supply of baby formula

Mothers must be frantic.
I can never understand how vital products are allowed to reach this crisis point.
All we hear about these days is supply chain disruptions.
Really, really sad.

@TexChik I read the article and Biden is following the Flores law which came into effect in 1997 during Clinton's reign.
Biden has not decreed this.
