Guidance anyone?

According to my daughter, online articles are wrong
So
I’m asking here
What limits and rules would you put on your 16 year old daughter’s dating ?
( I think I’m going to loose all my hair and half of my remaining life expectancy by the time she is 21 😩)

At 16 I was dating a 36 year old. I wished I knew more about consent and how not to get taken advantage of. And how to walk away really. I didn’t have any rules at that age from my parents. But I do think it’s really important she knows about stuff like that more than to have rules. And how to stay safe really.

I talk to her as much as I can and try to tell her what I know
Hopefully she will listen to some of it.
