Who usually cuts the umbilical cord?

me and my brother were having an argument and hes says the mom does but im pretty sure its not. pretty sure its the father or doctor.

My experience of mothers in that situation is that they are totally exhausted, and incapable of doing much of anything at all.. !

14 to 20 are the most interesting ages for ones kids.. especially 14 to 18..
I'm glad that I don't have to get through that again.. :/

I think that we are lucky to have each other.. even though nothing is perfect..
