What would you do if your child falsely reported you for abuse?

Have you ever heard those stories where some teen gets upset because mom/dad didn't let them do something, so they called the child services and falsely claimed abuse? Would you be able to forgive your own kid after that?

Yes, I Would because love doesn't die so easily. Didn't report my parents for abuse, I wrote a letter to the editor once, but few knew who wrote it, and in retrospect they didn't have to publish it, it sure made for a lot of local gossip.
