How do I handle this situation?

My sister is 29 and she had a daughter who is a few months, and the dad don't help her with her at all and I think she is still dealing with him. And she also had a 5 year old son who's dad is in prison, she had been leaving him at my house for months without even coming to check on him or bring him changing clothes, and he is very bad he doesn't listen to anyone, he runs outs side alone and ever since he had been here he stress me out a lot.. I stay with my mom and my mom won't tell my sister to take him home.

hhmm very tricky situation. You need to handle it on your own it seems. Gotta take care of the kid with extreme care he is just 5 years old.

@Angeliclove well, you see it doesnt seem feasible considering your sis is alone dealing with a young one.
I know its hard but thats what siblings are for, Mum n I, have supported my Sis's kids when she used to drop them home to us.
Diff is they were well behaved and her son doesn't sound like.. going out of house shouldn't be on the cards for a 5 yo esp without guardian permission.
More of a discipline issue. Its hard but manageable.

@Angeliclove Kids are super annoying esp if they are not well behaved.
Having said that, he is a little boy living away from his Dad n Mom, think like that. He needs double the care n love of a normal child.
Its not forever but for a few days/weeks.
Try to come to terms with him there must be something he would appreciate n like to listen to what you say. All the best! You can do it.

I ask you to do on human grounds. Its inhuman to think otherwise rest of course is your choice.

@Donotfolowme Someone in my neighborhood will end up calling cps or the police on my sister, because he just roams around outside alone, I'm never home and even when I am I don't feel like watching him, when everyone is up stairs he just opens the door and go outside alone.
