I head of men leaving their wives because they no longer look attractive. Does women do that to their husbands?

@JBird Wanting to think 40s. Sad thing is she kept saying she loved him but he just wasn't looking as good like she was. She talked about how they both went to the gym and tried to be healthy but he wasn't showing it and she didn't know what to do except leave. Oh but she really loved him:/
