What sort of parents would name their daughter Michael?

@DunningKruger That was who inspired this question, although she's not the only female Michael in existence (apparently one of the Bangles was called Michael Steele).

@EstrellaStarr Yes, but Michael Steele chose that name for herself. It wasn't given to her by her parents when she was born.
