Anyone else have a harness like this when out in busy places growing up?

Does she have autism. Possibly. These are used mostly for special needs children who have a habit of running off. Holding their hands isn't enough.

I see nothing wrong with this. I do grasp that some people would abuse this...but that doesn't make the concept a bad one.

@MrsPeterEvans Indeed. I used to hide in the stores when my mom was shopping. She never used a harness but I am sure I scared her to death a few times.
