Are you a Aunt or Uncle?

I have a niece ... who my husband and I ultimately adopted . She’s a sweet little girl , lived through a pretty rough patch , but is starting to be a normal happy child again . Aunt Susan is still my name ... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yep, when I lived back home in the South, I was the Aunt who told stories about history to the nieces and nephews. They were always asking me for more of 'em. I have one posted in my story area "The rant that backfired."

I'm an uncle of six and it's the same as you. It's fun looking after them for a bit but when it's a whole day, I wonder how parents manage to stay sane.

I just became an uncle 3 months ago!! She's still in the early development stages but she is so friggin adorable!

Yeah, I have a nephew. Love the little bugger, but he has an energy level waaaay beyond mine.

Every time I visit, I end up consistently falling asleep while sitting on the couch... every single day. Then I come home and have little trouble staying awake.

It is nice for a few hours, but it also reaffirms my choice to never have kids.
