Yeah. The oldest recorded childbirth for a women is age 54. There is an increased risk after 35 for Down's syndrome and autism that increases the older the woman gets (and the male as well, but not as big a factor), so that's a concern.
The good news is that the chances are low to begin with, so an increased risk isn't any kind of guarantee. It's just statistics, not causation

@TinyViolins There is a recorded birth of an older woman than 54. Read the record of John the Baptist!

@SW-User He's not a scientist or historian. It's not a verifiable entry

SW-User
@TinyViolins oh but he did go down in history! In my book and every true believer in the world knows he IS admissible....

@SW-User It's poor evidence if you're only able to convince people of one specific faith. Good evidence needs to be cross-referenced and verified by all. It's incredibly naive to let an ancient book dictate modern science

SW-User
@TinyViolins It’s incredibly naive to think you know more than your creator, God. That’s whats naive son!

@SW-User No one can prove he even exists. If you treat religion as the answer to everything, you'll end up with a society as rigid and oppressive as one under Sharia Law.
The Bible wasn't intended as a tool for power and control. You can't force in to branches of study that have nothing to do with religion. It just excludes everyone else that doesn't mindlessly obey

@TinyViolins you speak like a very foolish person. I’m done here. Bye 👋

@SW-User You're the one shoving your beliefs in places that don't warrant it. No one likes a proselytizer. If you can't respect a difference of beliefs, stop bringing yours up

SW-User
@TinyViolins make me you punk! I’m entitled to my beliefs just as much as you yours. You can’t stand it cause I disagree with you. Get over yourself and goodbye!
TinyViolins · 31-35, M
@SW-User I don't care what you believe. It's just incredibly annoying that you expect everyone to believe the same things you do. John the Baptist isn't a modern day scholar, he's a character in a book.
That's like bringing up Harry Potter playing quidditch to a discussion about the future of flying vehicles. It has no place
