Would you give $50 to a sibling who doesn't even talk to you to help them pay their rent?

My dad keeps asking me to give my sister $50 even though she lives with her boyfriend. What is a boyfriend for if he can't even give you $50 to help pay the damn rent??

Similar situation. I've given more than that. Even when I hate my sisters at times, I drop everything to help them when they need it.
