How would you go through the pain of losing your loved ones?

I had a nightmare where my brother is dying and it kept me awake for the whole night. I always wondered if the idea of losing someone makes someone upset, how would someone go through it if it actually happened to them?

its the worst experience we can have in life, but death is a fact and we have to coop with it.
I had lost my father who died in between my arms, and doctors were helpless unable to do any thing.
lost my mother while I was away abroad.
we all will die someday, try to be strong. my prayers for your brother.
