How would you go through the pain of losing your loved ones?

I had a nightmare where my brother is dying and it kept me awake for the whole night. I always wondered if the idea of losing someone makes someone upset, how would someone go through it if it actually happened to them?

I lost my parents and 3 siblings all in 1 day. And there's nothing you can do about it. I spent many days in bed crying and to sick to even get up.

@JBird I was 17. And sometimes it seems like yesterday and sometimes it seems like forever since I've seen them.

@SW-User Oh, I am so sorry. That must have been devastating. And I am sure it still is devastating. I don't know how I would deal with that or if I could even deal with it at all. The mere fact that you can talk about it says something about your strength. <HUGS>

@quitwhendone well sometimes I can't talk about it. And then when I do on post like this I have to leave for awhile cuz it really makes me emotional.
