How were you disciplined growing up?

My parents didn't hesitate to use corporal punishment if they felt it was necessary (and in some cases it really wasn't). I could never do that to my kids if I had any.

@SW-User How come so many people on this site were spanked with spoons? I don't know anyone in real life who was spanked with a spoon. The three most common spanking implements are the three I was spanked with myself. Belt, slipper and hairbrush.
