Is there a program for adults to help them get out of abusive parents house?

All I want to do is leave and just ghost everyone. I'm too poor to live on my own. I feel absolutely worthless. I need help. I want to get out so bad. Im 25 I feel like a loser but I cannot live with my parents anymore. I want to die.

It's called get two jobs and work day and night and don't spend a dime until you've earned enough to pay first, last, and security deposit on a room or studio apartment. After my divorce I lost all my money in the housing crash, and had a low paying job working with patients at a nursing home. I lived in a rooming or boarding house for about 9 months, and it was disgusting. I highly recommend a studio apartment, because you don't have to deal with other people's dirt.

You got a job? Get one. Start investing and saving too. Don't buy expensive things and save a ton. It might take a few years. Hold your breath. I am planning on moving out no later than 30. But I gotta get financially right. I am 27.

@SW-User I need to learn how to drive first also. Hopefully I'll get there soon.

@Iamnotacat If you can have it where you don't need to drive to get to work, and just walk to the grocery stores, that'd be great, course most don't always work out that way.

Before the death option... have you considered flatshare?
Andrea001 · 26-30, F
@Iamnotacat get an apartment, split the cost of rent with 2 or 3 (or more people) it could be friends, people you know.. or if you're feeling adventurous, look for other like-minded people (prefereably in your age group). It could be just the relief you need.
I did it recently when I moved to a different country for 8 months... I had the best time because of my flatmates.

@Andrea001 Same age group roommates suck, because they're not responsible enough to clean up the place, keep everything tidy or be quiet at night.
The best is to move in with a couple, because the girl will usually make sure that the place is clean for her man, which is very important, if you don't want to live in filth.
But not a couple with a young child or baby, because those are too noisy, and it's not worth it.
But shared rent is the best if you're trying to accumulate some money while you're working. Like have enough to pay for a living and also gather the rest for future plans.
