Are you obligated to help your parents even if they were never there for you?

Lets say your dad was a drunk and your mom is a narcissist who never helped you and kicked you put when you were 19?

Did they feed you and provide shelter for you your first 19 years? why did they ask you to move out? They are your parents, forgive them and be an adult.
