I've seen one pregnant with triplets. She had to go on bed rest.

@brainrapist it was actually an old co-worker's wife. They used fertility drugs and actually had 4 babies originally... one was unviable and absorbed by the rest. 😨

@brainrapist they were worried for awhile because the boy was taking all the nutrients and one of the two girls was only half the size that she should have been. 🙀
