Abusive behaviour is the result of being allowed to act without restrictions for far too long, mental conditions notwithstanding.

I don't have the words to describe how despicable, cowardly, and "unmanly" such a man would be.

Yeah I feel like it's all about a fragile ego and insecurity.. they want to feel powerful.
I agree. Cowards.

Yes a coward

I lived through it. Before I knew any better. It is a vicious cycle and abusers are masters of their game.

Made me stronger. I guess at least something came from it.

Shouldn’t have happened in the first place. So unfortunate.

Thanks.

They're quick to hit women but slow to buck up to another man like that. They will meet their match one day.

@PrettyGurl24 well said! Most of them would pee their pants if a MAN came at them

I've confronted one "tough guy." He wouldn't say a word. He knew I wasn't backing down. Coward.
Fernie · F
"men" don't ever treat anyone like that. immature manboys do. I wonder how many males will start whining about how men are abused too!!!!

@Dandiris Before marriage you wanted him to be the perfect man so you did not see the warning signs. As you said, "too blind to see it". Everyone thinks they can get people to "change" for them. One question. How willing would you be to "change" for someone. In real life, it ain't gonna happen.

So sorry to hear this. No one has a crystal ball. You couldn't have known.
