The Basque language has no known linguistic relatives

What is unknown about that is probably important to Europe. The erased people include the Etruscans - their alphabet looks just like A, B, C etc, and there's a ton of writing in it - but we just don't translate that. And there's no Basque country or Kingdom of Two Sicilies on the map. Europe refused to include some people.

@Roundandroundwego True. In fact, I think some linguistic scholars think Basque MAY be related to Etruscan. But that hypothesis is tentative at best.
@SW-User seems obvious, and yet I'm erased, too. And it's maddening.
