My mom and sister are both dancing together 😱

The band is performing a bluesy instrumental cover of “Stand By Me,” and before I even realize, my mom and sis are on the floor dancing to it. Those two are usually at odds with their little power struggle over the family, but tonight they’re mother and daughter just having fun. I love it. 🥹
