Well I think grandma likes my buddy better than me

We finally talked to my buddy into coming home for a few hours to have dinner, see the boys take a shower and smoke a cigar maybe have a shot of whiskey before he goes back to the hospital tonight. Grandma is going to the hospital to stay with star. She left us homemade enchiladas and some nice whiskey and cigars. The whiskey is way better than the bottle she had for me yesterday LOL. And she didn't even make me dinner.

@GoFish I think you are right and of course I'm joking. He really likes the whiskey she got. I'm surprised she remembered him talking about it. I'm so glad she did this for him. I wish he'd sleep here tonight and let me go stay with Star but I'm sure he won't. I don't blame him

@GoFish they are why I get up every morning and try and be a better man. And Star is like a daughter to me. I held her the day she was born.

@Cigarguy aww sweet.. i was there when my only nephew was born ☺ i actually dreamed i saw him the other night.. haven't seen him in 6 or 7 years now..

@GoFish Star's birth what's a wonderful day and a tragic day at the same time. Her mother passed away shortly after giving birth to her. She hemorrhage and bleed out and they couldn't stop the bleeding. It was the best worst day of my buddy's life. He got a beautiful daughter but lost his wife the same day. And I've been there for both of them ever since.
